If you become a member for one year at £260 for a one off payment you get 50% of the pool (prize money your horse has earned ) based on full membership 100 members on each horse,
Our other options
2.5% leased share @ £42 a month, 5% Leased share @ £84 a month , 10% Leased share @ £150 a month that’s with 10% Discount and 25% Ownership, Prices on 25% Ownership or Leg with a £1500 up front then £350 a month this is subject to change.
Lease Agreement in relation to Wayne Bavill, running for the Foxhounds Racing Syndicate.
Foxhounds Racing is the syndicate vehicle by which a group of friends come together to lease and race a horse for the purposes of pleasure. It is not set up to make a profit but should profits accrue they will be shared, pro-rata to lease share levels, amongst the members of the syndicate. Membership of Foxhounds Racing is by invitation only and the Foxhound Inn public house and website. The duration of the syndicate is 12 months membership, It ends after 12 months term.
The syndicate will be managed by Mr Wayne Bavill, the syndicator, who will maintain a bank account at Weatherbys Racing Bank. The bank account is called, Foxhounds Racing, Account Number 00451898 The syndicator Wayne Bavill will not take any remuneration for his work in running the syndicate. The syndicate’s current horses are, Starshot, Our Misty Blue, Komorkis, Peaceful Spirit and Ex Normandie To Be Named, Wayne Bavill has leased them to the syndicate, The syndicate share in a horse was paid for by contributions made pro-rota to the shares taken by members.
The horses is not insured for all risk or mortality (ARM) as this would add cost to the running of syndicate, Once the running life of any of our horses is at an end the syndicate will maintain its interest in the horses and finance its share of there keep until a suitable good home can be found.
The horse will be trained by Mr Lawrance Mullaney Wiseton Lodge Stables Wiseton Doncaster DN10 5AE, Mr Lawrance Mullaney will charge £900 plus VAT per calendar month to include the syndicate’s share of all normal incidental costs. These fees to be reviewed annually at the end of each calendar year.
The monthly fees have been set at £25 per month 1/2% per share. Other shares pro-rata to that amount. Should it prove necessary, this level of contribution will be reviewed to ensure the safe keeping and health of the horses. Any prize money will be retained by the syndicate and shared amongst members after deduction of racing costs, Member may withdraw their share of the prize money at the end of each calendar year or sooner if they wish to do so.
Should any member fail to maintain their monthly payments to the extent that they fall behind by two months, their membership may be terminated at the discretion of the syndicate manager. In the case of a dispute between a member and the syndicator the member shall have the right to have their grievance reviewed by the syndicator. Should it not prove possible to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement the syndicators decision shall be final.
The syndicator will produce, at the end of year of each calendar year, a statement of the financial position of the syndicate a member can request a statement at any time from Wayne Bavill, IE prize money
The members of the syndicate acknowledge that they are subject to the rules of racing and in particular Chapters (J) Integrity and (L) BHA Investigations and Disciplinary Action
All horses are leased by Mr Wayne Bavill to Foxhounds Racing, If anytime during the racing life of the horse a majority of members wish to seek to sell the horse arrangements will be made to achieve best price and that price will be put to membership for further consideration, should any member wish to sell or gift thir share to someone outside the exiting group the approval of the syndicator should be sought. , Any surplus or deficit will be the Syndicator’s responsibility

Allocation of these badges are on a rotation bases You get 1 badge on a rotation bases if you unable to attend then it will go to the next person in your group during the rotation , Extra Owners and Trainers Badges charged at cost if required The final decision will be made by the management team if any disputes arise and the decision will be final.

Disputes:
If you are not happy let us know and we will deal with it, But if it’s member to member then that’s your issue not ours but if it’s doing harm to us at Foxhounds Racing then we will step in and deal with it according to the rules of racing set out by the BHA
